Item Identification

Item Identification is part of the class skill set of a Mage.
The skill is needed to receive information about found items.

Skill efficiency

When hunting you may find many unidentified items in the corpse that a character can not put on. These items are called magic.

Magic items

Items found can be of different properties and quality and are usually unidentified.

All items found have “A magic” properties. To see them you need to identify the items with this skill.
All items’ properties are listed in a separate topic.

Ways of leveling your Item Identification

A delay for the next use of the skill is about 10 seconds.
Players train their skill in different ways:
Firstly, you can train it by using the skill on an item constantly.
Secondly, you can create a chest that will be kept as a scroll. Take a look here to find out how:
Use the skill on the scroll with a chest unbind it to place a chest on the ground and cancel the placement of the chest in a pop-up menu to keep it as a scroll although with different properties. Repeat the actions with a script.
