Recently we’ve encountered several cases of fraud concerning the selling of characters. The pattern is simple: a player offers to sell a character at a low price and gives access to his/her account and the email the game character is signed to. Then receives the money for the char and later gains the email access back, therefore gains the access to the account. The buyer remains without the bought character and can’t return the money back. We’d like to warn you that we do not support any kind of characters’ sales and if you get into this kind of fraud, we won’t be able to help you. As it is almost impossible to settle things up and find out the truth. To us, whoever has access to the e-mail is the true owner of the account.
